Timothy Crawl-Bey

Timothy Crawl-Bey –  Tim serves as Senior Director, Housing Strategy for Catholic Charities USA, where he works with 167  agencies in their efforts to provide affordable housing and housing related services. Tim previously served as Director of Real Estate & Housing for the City of  Wilmington, DE. and in leadership positions on a number of boards, including but not limited to Chair of  the Wilmington Housing Authority and President of the Wilmington Housing Partnership. In 2012, Tim  formed Timothy Crawl-Bey & Associates, a real estate advisory and management consulting firm that  continues to work with local governmental entities, non-profit organizations, and for-profit developers  throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
