Timothy Butler
Timothy (Tim) Butler, Sr. is the Vice President, Head of Global Customer Care at Iron Mountain; the world leader in physical and digital asset lifecycle management. Tim has over 15 years of Customer Experience industry experience, both domestically and internationally. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Tim’s volunteerism includes serving on several DEI committees at Fortune 100 organizations; and has received the 2020 Catalyst for Change Award from The Junior Achievement of Delaware, Inc. Tim lives in Metro-Atlanta with his wife and 3 children.
