Rafael Santos

Rafael  Santos, Jr. is currently the Employment Coordinator for the Work Release Program at the Hampshire County Sheriff’s Office in Northampton, MA. He received his degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts  on an athletic scholarship to play football.   Rafael was born in Holyoke, MA and currently resides with this family in the Western Mass. area.
