Donovan Alderman

Donovan “Monty” Alderman started Monty’s Neighborhood Snacks in 2017. His mission is to help improve the quality of life for everyone, by providing survival, life, education, and employment skills through community service while offering amazing treats.  Monty is a baker, educator, and entrepreneur.  Prior to opening his business, Monty was a teacher and a football coach. He’s married with two children, and lives in Delaware.
