Christine Farrow

Christine Farrow, Ph.D., is the first female and African American to hold the position of Commissioner of Jurors for Erie County in the state of New York. Dr. Farrow was appointed Commissioner in 2021 based on successful execution of transformative operational improvements while serving in the role of Deputy/Acting Commissioner from 2019-2021. She is a proud public servant and held numerous roles in local and state government. In her volunteer life,Christine serves as.the first woman and first African American to serve as president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie, Niagara and the Southern Tier.
