Charles Madden

Charles Madden is currently the Director of Existing Business Engagement and Talent Services with the Delaware Prosperity Partnership (DPP). DPP seeks to make Delaware a global magnet for investment and talent and a source of game changing enterprises and technologies. Charles has more than 20 years of personnel and operations management experience. He has held senior management roles in both the non-profit and government sectors, chiefly responsible for resource development, strategic planning, project management and external relations.
