Nyasha Grayman-Simpson
Dr. Nyasha Grayman-Simpson is a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Maryland, and the owner and operator of Wisdom Counseling – Baltimore LLC, a boutique grief and bereavement therapy practice for African American Marylanders. In addition to being a clinician, she is the Henry S Dulaney Professor and Associate Professor of Psychology and Africana Studies at Goucher College, where she teaches Black Psychology, Cultural Psychology, Feminist Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Qualitative Research Methods. Dr. Grayman-Simpson received her BA from Spelman College and her PhD in Counseling Psychology from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
