Stephen Wing

Stephen Wing is the Vice President of Operations. He’s responsible for leading the development of solutions that deliver an exceptional patient experience, optimize collections, and enhance accounts receivable management.  Steve’s background includes client implementations, contact center/workforce management, project management, process improvement and integration of various patient engagement solutions. Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business from Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. He is an active member in HFMA, AAHAM and other professional trade organizations.
